RESERVATION INFORMATION:
We have a 2 night minimum over the weekend at the weekend price on all Cabins and Vacation Rentals (longer during holiday periods). Vacation Rentals have a 2 night minimum anytime(longer during holiday periods). Cal-Pine's Cabins are available for one night rentals mid-week (non-holiday periods). We have a minimum stay required over holiday periods on all cabins and vacation rentals. The minimum stays for the upcoming holidays are as follows: Labor Day weekend Aug. 28th-Sept. 1st. 3 night minimum. Thanksgiving - Nov. 26-30, 4 night minimum Christmas / New Years Dec. – Dec.21 to Jan. 1, 5 night minimum. Holiday period is from Dec. 19st to Jan. 4th. MLK – , 3 night minimum Presidents Day – , 3 night minimum Reservations made online will be confirmed once the registered guest’s credit card information has been processed in our office. A confirmation verifying that the credit card payment has been processed will be sent. Payment is due at the time of reservation. The registered guest and the credit card used to make the reservation must be present at the time of check in. Payments will be forfeited on cancellations made after the cancellation period – 30 days prior to arrival date during holiday periods, and 14 days prior to arrival date during other times. All cancellations are subject to $25 cancellation fee during regular times and $50 during holiday periods. Any refund due will be made via Cal-Pine Chalets Co. check. Sorry, there are no refunds given for early check outs, and we do not guarantee snow, road or weather conditions. There are no refunds for poor snow conditions, severe weather and / or road conditions or road closures. Winter rates apply November 15 through April 15. Summer rates apply April 16 through November 14. All rates are per night, plus 8.5% bed tax and security deposit. Rates are slightly higher during Christmas and New Years Holiday. All rates and features are subject to change without notice. OFFICE HOURS ARE FROM 9AM TO 7PM. PLEASE SCHEDULE YOUR ARRIVAL DURING THESE HOURS. Check in time is 3:00 PM, Check out time is 11:00 AM Please return all keys to the office upon your departure. Do not leave keys in the rental. SECURITY DEPOSITS: Security deposits are due at the time of check in. The security deposit is charged for any damage repair, losses, extra cleaning after guest check out. The guest is expected to leave the rental in reasonably the same condition as when the guest checked in. Guide lines are posted in the rental and should be followed. If security deposit is guaranteed on a credit card, the authorization will expire in ten days if not charged against. If paid by cash, a refund will be made by check within ten days. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS FOR SECURITY DEPOSITS. PLEASE NOTE: Your full security deposit will be forfeited and you will be asked to leave without refund if any of the following occurs: 1. Number of people rental, including children, exceeds number of registered guests. 2. Any kind of smoking in a non-smoking cabin. 3. Pet in a non-pet allowed cabin. 4. Illegal drug use of any kind. Candles are not allowed inside or outside any rental at any time. No outside fires of any kind are allowed. PET POLICY: Pets are defined as a dog, not a cat. Cats are not permitted in any of our rentals. Pets are only allowed in designated rentals, and you must inform us at the time of reservation if you are bringing a pet. Failure to inform us at the time of reservation will result in forfeiture of your security deposit. Pets are not to be left alone inside or outside the rental at any time. Pets must be kept quiet at all times. Per the city leash law, pets must be kept on a leash at all times when outside the cabin. Please be aware of wild coyotes in the area. You are responsible for picking up any droppings and disposing of them in the outside trash cans. Please be sure all pet hair is removed from the furniture and carpet, you may use our lint roller available at the office. Should your pet have an accident in the rental, we have a carpet cleaning machine available in the office for your use. Your cooperation with this policy is appreciated. CLEANING: Each rental is professionally cleaned and restocked prior to your arrival. However, you are expected to tidy up after yourselves before you check out. Please remove your trash from the cabin, clean and put away dishes, return furniture to its original position. Housekeepers will clean fireplaces and remove ashes for you. A guideline for clean up is posted in each rental. LINENS: Linens, towels, blankets and pillows are supplied in all our rentals. If you have reserved a cabin at Cal-Pine Chalets, all beds are made prior to your arrival. If you have reserved one of our Vacation Rentals, the master bed is made prior to your arrival, and all other linens are provided. Towel exchange is available at the office during regular business hours. PARKING: Each rental unit has a limited number of parking space that is unique to that unit. Per the city ordinance, there is no on street parking. You must register your vehicles with the office at the time of check in. Any vehicles not registered with the office are subject to tow at the owners expense. NO MOTOR HOME OR CAMPER PARKING ALLOWED AT ANY RENTAL AT ANY TIME. NOISE: Parties and loud noise at any time, inside or outside any rental are prohibited. You will be asked to leave without refund if this occurs. Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. We encourage neighbors to call if there are problems. TRASH: Per the city ordinance, if you are staying in a vacation rental, you are responsible for disposing of your trash at the Clean Bear Site. A map to the Clean Bear Site will be provided to you at check in. OTHER: Firewood is not furnished, but is available for sale at the office. |
