| A newly remodeled 4 Bedroom, 2 Bath mountain cabin. Located in the Fox Farm area of Big Bear Lake, about 1-1/2 miles to the lake and ski resorts, 2 miles east of the village. Level entry to the first floor where you find Living room with fireplace, Dining room and Full Kitchen with stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator and dishwasher. Laundry area has full size washer and dryer. Also on first floor is the Master Bedroom with king bed, 2nd bedroom with 2 sets of single bunk beds and 1 full bath. On second floor is the game room with pool table and fireplace. 3rd bedroom with a queen bed and 4th with 2 single beds. And 1 full bath. This cabin has a fully fenced back yard with a small rear deck with BBQ. Second story has a sun deck over the car port. This is a NON-SMOKING cabin. It does allow a dog at an extra charge. Parking for 4 cars, sleeps 10, is approx. 2000 sq ft and requires a $250 security deposit at check in. All linens and towels are supplied, master bed is made, linens are there for the other beds.
